In 2003, Panache for Living opened its doors in the Calgary Design District as an evolution of its mother store, Joints Home Accents, in Kensington Village (established in 1989). Twenty years of traveling to all the Furniture and Accessory Trade shows across North America made it clear that Calgary retailers were walking a very conservative and repetitive line. There was more out there: much more!

As both Designers and hence Consumers, the driving force in creating Panache for Living was lead by the desire to provide a venue to satisfy the notion of “when you want what you want”. The Panache team is very proud to add exemplary customer service and design knowledge to the experience. Years spent learning the art of importing allows Panache to establish and maintain purchasing relationships with over 600 companies worldwide. In opening the doors to a much larger choice of design elements at a fair price, we are endeavoring to satisfy that notion of access for Calgarians. Panache also offers a vast array of affordable Art and Statuary to compliment and complete every design style. In fact, we are famous for it.

This site cannot possibly present all the products available through Panache but it does offer a look at trends and new ideas in the art of décor while providing several service and design information sites that we hope you will visit and enjoy on a regular basis.
