No, there is no connection between the two stores. However, if you find a product at their store, we may also have access to it. Just ask! |

Where do your products come from?
Our suppliers are based in Canada and the United States. These companies either directly manufacturer the product or import it from various countries around the world such as those in Southeast Asia. |

How long do I have to return an item?
Our store policy allows for exchanges and store credit only. If you are unsure an item will work, our Pre-Authorization Trial System is in place for many goods allowing you 24 to 48 hours to decide. |

What if I take an item home, like a lamp, on trial and the shade gets damaged?
You are 100% responsible for the product while in your possession. You will be charged retail price for the product as outlined on the Pre-Auth form you signed when taking out the product. |

Can I buy the items off the floor?
The majority of items are available for purchase directly off the sales floor. However, some larger pieces, like sectionals, may be for display purposes only. Please ask your sales associate if unsure. |

Do you offer delivery?
We use a set of reliable and reputable delivery companies Monday thru Saturday. Times and rates will vary depending on the location. |

How long does it take if I order something?
Standard shipping time in the industry is 10 – 12 weeks for Canadian companies and 10 – 14 weeks for products from the States. The time can vary depending on current orders we have placed and if the supplier has the product in stock. |

How does a custom order work?
You found the perfect sofa for your living room but need it in a certain fabric. After selecting the fabric and furniture piece, we will create a Sales Invoice for you. To process the order, we require a standard 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due once the product arrives and before it is delivered to your house. |

What if I don’t like the product I custom ordered once it arrives?
All custom orders are designed and built to your specifications. A deposit is taken so that Panache may place the order on your behalf. All custom manufacturers will not accept returns once the item is in production. The sale associate who assisted you initially will follow your order and contact you as soon as the product arrives. |

What kind of warranty is there on upholstered products?
Every manufacturer has a different warranty so please inquire when making your purchase. |

Do you offer design services?
Our design-oriented staff will assist you in store. If a home consultation is required, please ask for more details during your next visit. |

Can I get this in another color?
While some products are available in hundreds of fabric selections, others are much more limited. Always ask for the full selection. Also, many manufacturers offer a number of other custom options such as finish, material, pillow options, size and shape specifications. |

I have my own fabric that I want to get put on a sofa. Can I do this?
Most manufacturers will allow COM (client’s own material) and have assigned a certain price to this dependent on product size, type of fabric and pattern. |

Can I order just fabric from Panache?
Though we are not a fabric store most of our suppliers will allow such orders. If you need assistance in accessing fabric, we will do our best for you. |
